Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used waxing products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
